Reservations
Please reserve your appointment as far in advance as possible to insure availability. Spa appointments please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule.

*Multiple spa services, group services and parties will require a 50 % deposit and 48-hour notice of cancellations.

Please provide 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. Beyond Basics Salon and Spa reserves the right to charge for any service times not canceled within this time. You are charged a time fee, not a service fee for missed services.

Children

Salon: Due to liability reasons, we cannot accommodate children unless receiving services.

Spa: Guests under 18 years of age require written parental consent and supervision while receiving services.

*For your enjoyment as well as for that of other guests please arrange for childcare, as children cannot be accommodated safely in the treatment areas or on the styling floor unless they are receiving services.

Cell Phones

Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by silencing cell phone and pagers. Use of phone is not permitted in treatment areas. Our front desk will assist you with any emergencies.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for dollar amounts. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates have an expiration date from the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service.

Refunds

We do not give cash refunds for salon or spa products. All products must be returned within 10 days of purchase with receipt for credit.

Valuables

We recommend you leave all valuables in your vehicle while receiving services. We cannot be responsible for lost items.

Although we may like and recommend these service providers, we are in no way responsible for services provided. Use at your own discretion.
