Born in Paraguay, Victor has lived in Wilmington for 26 years.  He went to the Cape Fear Community College’s School of Cosmetology and began his career with Beyond Basics almost 12 years ago.  Victor is masterful at beading hair extensions, cutting and coloring curly hair, and hair restoration.  His special attentiveness to his clients’ every need has influenced the dispositions of other staff in the salon. 

Victor appreciates the flexibility his work gives him to spend time with his 7-year old daughter Luna, his wife Lydia, and three dogs. He also relaxes, off-hours, by playing tennis and disk golf, and watching movies.
