Savannah moved to Wilmington from Climax, N.C. to go to Cape Fear Community College’s School of Cosmetology.  While at school, she apprenticed at Beyond Basics and then found a permanent home at the salon upon graduation.  Today, she continues to assist Kendall and Heidi, while tending to her own clients.

Savannah is drawn to the creative freedom of her job as a stylist and the opportunity to make clients feel rejuvenated.  Her creativity also extends to interior design, and she especially loves combing through antique stores for crazy wallpaper, oil lamps and mismatched dishes. She credits her two grandmothers with fostering that interest.
